Cleaning

At some stage last year, I went through a maniacal (is that a word) cleaning phase. My house sparkled, it shone, it was blindingly clean. Sadly, that is no longer the case :( . I've cancelled several appointments with the Climate Smart man as I couldn't bear the thought of a stranger coming into my house as it is/was.

So, today I started on Mission Make This House Sparkle.

And?

I failed.

Dismally.

I did start to clean the oven though (which is in bits). I cleaned the door and one of the racks from inside. But, that's it. I toyed with the idea of using some of my hard earned cash to just pull it out and install a new one. But, I didn't do that either.

I seriously have a case of the CBF's. This needs to be rectified soon though, as the Climate Smart man is due on Monday, and I refuse to cancel for the third time.

So, if anyone has some magical cleaning mojo, fairy or whatever, please send it/her my way.
